I'll be the first to tell you that when it comes to trying to conceive, there is no magic bullet. But there are things that go a long way toward helping you get pregnant. They're part of what I call the 4 pillars of trying to conceive.
Starting Out — Prenatal Vitamins with Folate
The easiest thing you can do to both kickstart your fertility and protect the health of your future baby is take a prenatal vitamin every day. Ideally, start 3 months before getting pregnant.
Nature Made Prenatal + DHA
A high-quality prenatal multivitamin with folic acid from a trustworthy brand. It's affordable and contains all the important vitamins and minerals you need. It's not as fun as a gummy, but it does contain fish oil for omega-3s like DHA.

SmartyPants Prenatal Gummy
Another excellent choice from a respected brand. Gluten-free and contains omega-3 fish oil too. One thing that sets it apart: it contains the natural form of folate, methylfolate. Like all gummies, though, it does not contain iron.

Wondfo One Step
Wondfo is almost synonymous with simple, paper OPKs ("cheapies") -- they were the first to offer cheapies at scale, so some manufacturers of other brands also use the "Wondfo" name. Make sure you're getting the real deal. Wondfo OPKs are very sensitive, wider than most brands, and easy to read.

Clearblue Ovulation Test
Recognizable by its pink handle -- don't confuse it with the Clearblue Advanced Test. An empty circle means no LH surge detected; a smiley face means you're 1-2 days from ovulating. Easy to read, but less sensitive than cheapies, and not recommended if you have PCOS.

Inito Fertility Monitor
If you want more than a yes/no line, Inito reads four hormones (estrogen, LH, PdG, and FSH) off one strip and gives you actual numbers, not just a line. Proov Progesterone (PdG) Test

When it comes to pregnancy tests, not all are created equal. Some are notorious for false positives; others aren't all that sensitive. These are the ones I trust.
First Response Early Result (FRER)
The crowd favorite for line tests. Independent studies back this up -- FRER tests are more sensitive than any other name brand out there. Skip the drugstore knockoffs pretending to be similar.

Clearblue Digital
If you don't want to squint for a second line, digitals are your best bet. They're somewhat less sensitive than FRER (need more hCG to show positive), but Clearblue leads the digital pregnancy test market for a reason.

Wondfo Pregnancy Test
Looking for something super sensitive but cheap? Wondfo's Early Result tests are as sensitive as FRER, and you can get a box of 25 for less than a 3-pack of FRER. Cheap doesn't mean lower quality here.
